I work with leadership teams on the product decisions that matter most: setting direction, shaping how the product function operates, and getting unstuck on the questions that are holding things up.

Sometimes that means stepping in as an interim or fractional CPO. Sometimes it means building a product function from the ground up, or sharpening one that has grown faster than its processes. And increasingly it means helping teams work out what AI changes about what they build and how they build it.

Building Product Functions

I have built product functions from scratch more than once, and re-organised established ones to support scaling or the shift to AI-first ways of working.

That means defining roles and ownership, running hiring, and putting in the operating model, prioritisation, and rituals a product team needs to do its best work. The shape is set by where the business actually is, whether that is putting Product on a proper footing for the first time or reshaping a function that has outgrown how it was built.
